No more language french after update from 4.1.22

Description
It doesn't find the nls folder, in the error message there is :
Cannot find C:\program files\oracle\virtualbox
/nls
There are anti-slashes for all path but slash for nls.

The reason that there is no French translation available in 4.2 is that the translation is maintained by community members who have not sent an update for some time. Since only about 70 percent of the text was translated we disabled it for the time being. We will re-enable it if someone comes forward to update the translation.
