I see this type of e.rror on two different laptops. Sep v12 from Symantec is loaded on both. one i3 and other i7 laptops are manufactured by Samsung.

SEP makes VirtualBox crash early on startup. Could be that they changed something (potentially with the intention to be less intrusive) which triggers trouble with the SEP issue workarounds which are in VirtualBox. The crash is rather early on startup.
