Microsoft NetworkLoadBalance unicast mode can't work on VirtualBox3.1.4(Linux version)

Description
I use VB-3.1.4 to test the WIN2003 Network Load Balance, but I find it can't work on unicast mode, while the multi-cast mode can work fine. I tested the WIN2003 with the same configuration for unicast mode on vmware, and it works. I search the bug report for it, but there is no help. Is there some bugs on VB?
BTW: I use virtual box with non-root account.

Please attach a VBox.log file of such a VM session. This will give us a hint about your VM configuration, especially the network configuration.
