Win 7, 64 bit
c:\Users\tDesktop>VirtualBox-3.2.12-68302-Win.exe -msiparams "INSTALLDIR=c:\use rs\tdesktop\vb"
shows this error message: Unknown option "INSTALLDIR=c:\users\tdesktop\vb"! Please refer to the command line help by specifying "/?" to get more information.
My suggestion would be to provide the program also as a .zip file for download.

This is not the question if someone is more clever but the /? option clearly states what to specify. Before reopening this ticket please clearly write what you tried and what was the result. You did it definitely wrong in the description and the help text shows what to do.

I take that back. According to the documentation your command line was correct, so something is wrong with the installer. <app>.exe -extract works, but not when specifying the path.

Please reopen if still relevant with a recent VirtualBox release.
Did you ever consider to run the .exe application with the /? parameter as suggested in the error message?
